The cellulite is a condition wherein the body parts get dimpled. They become bulky and appear like little layers of the fats. They resemble to cottage cheese and some people match them as like an orange peel. Cellulite involves the superficial layers of the skin and the fats that are just located beneath the skin are interlinked with connective tissues. It is kind of grid they make and it is not necessary that cellulite is solely troubling obese people.
There are many ways to reduce or to remove cellulite crease or dimples in an effective way. There are many latest technologies adopted by medical sciences that can markedly reduce cellulite condition. But then too, they might produce some side effects. It is therefore, natural and alternative therapies have always preferred as prior to those invasive surgeries and ultra modern techniques.
On the other hand, holistic exercises like the Yoga are drawing everybody’s attention since it is showing miraculous results in various health ailments. The most favorable thing is it does not produce any harmful effects and it does not contain anything that is to be taken internally. The exact origin of yoga is quite a mystery but it is thought that the Yoga is as old as five thousand years. The earliest demonstration of the Yoga practice can be marked back to about 3000 BC. The main motto of the Yoga postures and different breathing techniques was to bring stability and relaxation so that the Yoga practitioners could make their body prepared for the act of meditation (sitting still and calm with no thoughts in the mind though alert for long periods of time).
The foods we eat and the exercise we do (or do not practice, as the case maybe) play an integral role in the formation or reduction of cellulite. There was a study done in Massachusetts by Wayne Westcott, PhD, wherein he experimented and then proved that diet and exercise can reduce cellulite. The reduction is achieved by reducing the fat and increased muscle mass overall. Yoga is a kind of exercise that will burn both; the calories and fats and it works better if done in open air under tender sunlight. According to science lying in the Yoga, the warm sunlight increases the heartbeat to improve cardiovascular pumping and hence, improves the strength by putting muscle tissues in their optimal state for reorganization. It then reorganizes lipids in the muscular structure help them reducing and brining down to a normal state. It is observed that people who practiced the Yoga thrice a week, after 12 weeks, significantly showed the toning of the muscles and they again were able to put-on their clothes back!
Yoga postures that are performed under the tender sunlight provide some great benefits like restoring appetite and reducing body weight, improving blood circulation, reorganizing the fats and proteins and increasing the physical and mental strength. The Yoga also accelerates the metabolism and balances the hormones that might have disturbed in cellulite.
